Hi, I’m Erica.
For more than twenty-four years, I’ve walked this path through both study and lived devotion. My own healing showed me that this work was never about becoming someone else — but about returning to what had always been there.
I began in western disciplines — nursing, psychology, and somatic health — while also entering ancient medicine traditions, yoga and meditation lineages, and shamanic practices. What began as parallel studies became one integrative path, where the clinical, the ceremonial, and the deeply human are inseparable.
Today I hold therapeutic, exploratory, and ceremonial containers for those ready to cross thresholds of healing, initiation, and self-development. My work is for explorers, healers, and game-changers who long to live with depth and authenticity, and who sense the sacred belongs not only in ritual but in the rhythm of everyday life.
This is my devotion: to create spaces where freedom is not an idea but a lived experience. Where the mystical and the everyday move as one. And to walk with you — not above or beyond, but alongside you — as you remember your way home.

My Approach
This work creates the conditions where what has been hidden can finally move — where wound and wisdom meet, and something true can take shape.Together, we bring shadow and spirit into dialogue so that what has been concealed can step forward as voice, presence, and vitality, restoring a sense of wholeness and freedom.
Every space I hold rests on three foundations:
- Somatic intelligence — the body as compass and teacher.
- Psycho-spiritual depth — insight into the archetypal patterns that shape us.
- Alchemical grounding — practices that awaken memory and anchor change into daily life.
My Voice
People often describe my way of speaking as steadying. I listen beyond the surface to what is stirring underneath, and when I name it, the words land with both precision and care, giving shape to what has long remained unspoken.
I practice what I call adaptive curiosity — a willingness to enter your world as it is, to learn your language, and your way of seeing and feeling, so I can truly meet you where you are. Every person carries an inner portrait, a living picture of their truth. My role is not to paint it for you, but to hold the canvas steady while you bring it to life and experience it for yourself.
My words are chosen with clarity and warmth — never to perform or impress, but to reflect back what is essential. Always with deep respect for your sovereignty.

My Work
- Therapeutic 1:1 containers — intimate, attuned spaces that move beyond talk therapy or passive energy work, guiding you into your own lived experience and teaching you how to take the lead in your healing and integration.
- Immersive retreats — powerful gatherings where community, practice, and the sacred converge, creating space to release, renew, and return with greater freedom and meaning.
- Psycho-spiritual and shamanic support — guidance and integration for those engaging plant-spirit traditions, psychedelic therapy, or esoteric practice, bringing steadiness, clarity, and meaning to profound experiences of change.
The people I work with are often explorers, healers, and game-changers — those who long to live with depth and authenticity, and who sense that the sacred belongs not only in ritual, but in the rhythm of everyday life.
My Essence
My work lives in the places most people turn away from — the quiet chambers where the body keeps its secrets, where shadow presses against spirit, where the sacred waits inside the ordinary. I don’t offer fixes or formulas. What I offer is alchemical presence — exacting, tender,
unflinching — that helps you meet yourself in ways you may never have dared, and discover that what you thought was weakness is often the beginning of your power.
It’s about uncovering what has always been here: the steadiness in your body, the clarity of your voice, the kind of freedom that doesn’t drift away but takes root in your everyday life.
Those who work with me don’t leave with borrowed language or temporary inspiration. They leave with something far rarer: the capacity to walk their own thresholds, again and again, with courage, intelligence, and a deep knowing that the mystical is not elsewhere — it is woven into the very rhythm of their days.
